Ferdinand Topacio tweeted &#8220;the magic of make-up&#8221; photos of Claudine&#8217;s bruised face (see photos\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/t.co\/Pz3R91u1Y3\">1<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/t.co\/LuflIXRg5r\">2<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/t.co\/ySTnQ9flO8\">3<\/a>), Raymart Santiago&#8217;s camp vehemently denied all allegations that he physically abused Claudine while they were still together.<\/p>\n<p>On July 18, Claudine had a photoshoot to show her legs&#8211;filled with wounds and scars, including cigarette burns. The Kapuso actress did not name anybody responsible for the horrible afflictions, but she did say that she has accepted that she&#8217;s a &#8220;battered wife.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to Raymart&#8217;s camp, all photos supplied by Atty. Topacio and published by showbiz blog Fashion Pulis were from Claudine&#8217;s &#8220;post-surgical procedure.&#8221; In an interview with the\u00a0Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) on July 21, the photos were taken during the Holy Week of 2010&#8211;between March 31 and April 4. Raymart also provided several photos taken on the same week with Claudine having fun with the rest of the Santiago clan.<\/p>\n<p>A statement from Raymart reads: &#8220;Here is a truthful version of the recent Twitter post of a make-up tutorial to conceal bruises, perhaps even wounds and scars, with the allusion of the subject having been battered&#8230; The wounds and scars are definitely real, but how they were sustained is a different story altogether.&#8221;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_19732\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-19732\" style=\"width: 500px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Claudine-2.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-19732\" src=\"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Claudine-2.gif\" alt=\"Claudine 2\" width=\"500\" height=\"368\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-19732\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Raymart&#8217;s caption reads, &#8220;Battered wife?!?
