Aging\u00a0<em>din yung mga iyan<\/em>\u00a0(You know Russia is just like China. They are also aging),&#8221; he said in an earlier interview.<\/p>\n<p>With this, Bello noted that he will be going to Russia for the bilateral agreement during the end of first quarter or early second quarter of 2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Ayoko naman pumunta doon ng<\/em>\u00a0February.\u00a0<em>Baka<\/em>\u00a0March or April,\u00a0<em>kasi di na masyado malamig<\/em>\u00a0(I don&#8217;t want to go there in February. Probably March or April when it is not too cold),\u201d the DOLE chief added.<\/p>\n<p>Bello noted that the possible jobs available there are for skilled workers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Mga<\/em>\u00a0skilled workers. Actually,<em>\u00a0mayroon na tayo doon<\/em>\u00a0(We have skilled workers.
