font-size: small;\">The PCOO chief said the government\u2019s priority is the restoration of power in all typhoon \u2018Glenda\u2019-affected areas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
