Satur Ocampo and others.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe rule of law must always prevail in a democracy. There is no room for short cuts that impair the legal processes. Let the constitutional processes proceed without fear nor favor,\u201d Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said in a press statement.<\/p>\n<p>Panelo reminded Satur and others facing human trafficking charges that due process is being accorded to them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMr. Ocampo, together with all the accused, have been given 10 days to file their respective counter affidavits to refute the allegations against them. Hence, due process is being accorded them,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Panelo also asked Satur and his supporters to refrain from engaging in a \u201cpropaganda war\u201d against the government.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe advise Mr. Ocampo and his supporters to hold their horses.
