Arevalo\/Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; More troops have been deployed to Samar to quell \u201clawless violence\u201d in the province, a military spokesperson said Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Spokesperson Brig. Gen.
