(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PresSpokespersonPH\/photos\/rpp.396756967326028\/744161135918941\/?type=3&amp;amp;theater\">File Photo<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PresSpokespersonPH\/\">Office of the Presidential Spokesperson\/Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; Malaca\u00f1ang on Monday night named National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Marcelino Escalada Jr. as temporary chief of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC).<\/p>\n<p>Escalada will replace former HUDCC Secretary General Falconi Millar who was sacked due to corruption allegations.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Office of the Executive Secretary, Escalada \u201cwill perform functions of SecGen in addition to his primary duties as NHA GM.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday\u2019s inauguration of Cavite Gateway Terminal in Tanza, President Rodrigo R.
