The popular Provincial Nominee Program has\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cicnews.com\/2018\/10\/manitoba-has-welcomed-130000-immigrants-over-mpnps-20-year-history-1011256.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">welcomed more than 130,000 newcomers<\/a>\u00a0to the province since its creation in 1998.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Looking for more information on Canada\u2019s Provincial Nominee Programs?
