MANILA\u00a0— Newly-designated Bureau of Customs (BOC) chief Rey Leonardo \u201cJagger\u201d Guerrero and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Director General Isidro \u201cSid\u201d Lape\u00f1a separately took their oath of office last Tuesday.<\/p>\n
