Actress\/Host Bianca Gonzalez announces to the public the arrival of her second daughter with basketball player JC Intal. The baby girl named Carmen Eliana Gonzalez Intal was born on Monday, October 29. <\/span><\/p>\n

In an Instagram post, Bianca shares a photo of the newborn\u2019s hand and hospital bracelet, captioned, \u201cThe little one decided to come out today.\u201d Her husband JC, who currently plays for the Phoenix Fuel Masters, shares the same photo sharing, \u201cSay hello to our Carmen Eliana. Ate Lucia can\u2019t wait to see you, my love!<\/p>\n
