(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=1036297659770495&amp;amp;set=t.1552912313&amp;amp;type=3&amp;amp;theater\">File Photo<\/a> by<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/joma.sison\"> Briant de <\/a>los<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/joma.sison\"> Santos via Joma Sison\/Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Malaca\u00f1ang on Tuesday refuted Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) founding chairman Jose Maria Sison\u2019s statement blaming the government\u2019s security cluster for the termination of peace talks.<\/p>\n<p>Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said President Rodrigo Duterte cancelled the peace negotiations due to the communists\u2019 failure to show \u2018sincerity and commitment\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Kaya napigilan iyon dahil hindi sila sumusunod sa usapan eh. Supposed to be walang barilan, walang patayan, walang ambush, eh nilabag nila iyon eh<\/em>\u00a0(The reason why it was cancelled was because they are not following the agreements. There should be no attack, no killing, no ambush.
