Wikipedia photo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212; The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas eased the qualifications and requirements for a\u00a0bank director&#8217;s appointment, in a circular released recently.<\/p>\n<p>Exemptions to the previous rule requiring aspirant bank directors to attend a seminar on corporate governance\u00a0signed by\u00a0by BSP Governor Amando M.
