It was when the Filipino recording artists outsold their foreign counterparts and dominated the charts. The latter part of the 70\u2019s saw the birth of a new kind of OPM sound which was Bee Gees\u2019 Saturday Night Fever-inspired. At the forefront of these OPM dance genres were the VST &amp; Company, Boyfriends, Wadab, Labuyo and Manila Sound\u2019s pioneer band &#8211; Hotdog, among others.<\/p>\n<p>After more than three decades and with the resurgence of revival music, some of the original band members decided to regroup and formed the 70\u2019s Superband to bring you back the timeless OPM classics of the 70\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>Get ready to romance the 70\u2019s again when OPM reigned supreme! Relive and reminisce those memories and fall in love once again!
