(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PAGASA.DOST.GOV.PH\/photos\/a.302759263167323\/1771939166249318\/?type=3&amp;theater\">Photo:<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PAGASA.DOST.GOV.PH\">Dost_pagasa\/Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212; The southwest monsoon continuously affecting the western part of Luzon will bring rains over the island on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.<\/p>\n<p>In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, PAGASA said monsoon rains will prevail over Ilocos, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, Zambales and Bataan.<\/p>\n<p>The rest of central Luzon and Cagayan Valley Region, on the other hand, will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.<\/p>\n<p>Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, strong to gale winds will blow over northern and central Luzon.
