Duterte on Tuesday described Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) founding chairman Jose Maria Sison as a \u201cdiscredited leader\u201d whom no one believes.<\/p>\n<p>Duterte made this remark after Sison said he has been in comatose since Sunday \u2014 a rumor dispelled by the President himself by going live on Facebook on Monday night.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou are talking nonsense. \u2018<em>Yung mga leaders dito, di naniniwala sayo<\/em>\u00a0(The leaders here don\u2019t believe you),\u201d Duterte said in his speech during the League of Municipalities of the Philippines Visayas Island Cluster Conference in Cebu City.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou are a discredited leader\u2026Imagine not going home for 17 years,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Sison is currently in the Netherlands, where he has been in exile since 1987.<\/p>\n<p>Duterte also called Sison a \u201crebel that is a freeloader\u201d for benefiting from Netherlands\u2019 health care for free.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou know Mr. Sison you are a refugee in that country. You do not pay anything, you are staying for free and you are sick with cancer \u2014 in and out of the hospital,\u201d Duterte said.<\/p>\n<p>He urged Sison to move to another country such as Belgium or Germany.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey are footing the bill and you are a rebel that is a freeloader. Stop it, mahiya ka naman (you should be ashamed),\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou will never win, I assure you.\u00a0<em>\u2018Pag nakita kita sa impiyerno, p*******a sampalin kita<\/em>\u00a0(If we see each other in hell, I\u2019ll slap you). Don\u2019t expect to go to heaven,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>He added that if he would have a chance, he would visit Sison in the Netherlands after his trip to Israel to see once and for all who is really in coma.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cComatose, comatose ka diyan.<em>\u00a0O sige, tingnan natin. Magpunta ako diyan. Turista lang. Galing akong Israel tingnan natin kung sinong, comatose<\/em>\u00a0(Let\u2019s see. I\u2019ll go there as a tourist. I\u2019ll be coming from Israel.
