Magaling sila dun.<\/em> <em>Kasi<\/em> three years old <em>ako nung<\/em> first pageant <em>ko sa<\/em> preparatory school <em>ko. Sobrang<\/em> enjoy and ever since <em>sabi ko<\/em>, \u2018Mommy <em>gusto ko mag<\/em>-pageant.\u2019 So <em>sumali ako sa mga<\/em> pageants <em>sa <\/em>school (I want to train there again because I appreciated the way they handle their trainees. Because I joined my first pageant when I was three years old at my preparatory school. I really enjoyed and ever since, I tell my mom \u2018Mommy, I want to joint pageants.\u2019 So I joined several pageants in school),&#8221; Kisses said.<\/p>\n<p>She recalled that her mom supported her and exerted a lot of effort just so she can join any beauty competition she wanted.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;&#8216;Yung mama ko pa &#8216;yung pagod na pagod kasi ang dami kong gustong salihan. Sabi ng <\/em>mommy <em>ko, \u2018O, sinalihan mo na lahat\u2019 ganun <\/em>(It was my mom who was really tired because I wanted to join many beauty contests. My mom told me \u2018You joined all contest already\u2019)<em>,&#8221;<\/em> the actress shared.<\/p>\n<p>Kisses said she already thought of what pageant she will be joining, but the former <em>Pinoy Big Brother<\/em> (PBB) housemate does not want to spill out details about it until she is all geared up to compete on the stage.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Siguro kung ano\u00a0&#8216;yung kinatatakutan ko \u2018yun &#8216;yung sasalihan ko <\/em>which is secret <em>pa para walang<\/em> spoiler (Maybe the competition that I\u2019m afraid of joining will be the one I will join,\u00a0 but it is still a secret so there will be no spoilers),&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I don\u2019t have plans yet. <em>Gusto ko lang na<\/em> spontaneous <em>lahat kung biglang maisipan ko<\/em>. <em>Halimbawa &#8216;yung jinoin ko na<\/em> pageant <em>sa <\/em>Bicol is Miss Kaogma, <em>na<\/em>-decide <em>ko mga<\/em> next week <em>na\u00a0&#8216;yung<\/em> screening and <em>biglang sali na ako <\/em>(I want everything to be spontaneous like it just crossed my mind. For example, the one that I joined in Bicol, Miss Kaogma; it&#8217;s screening was the following week already and I suddenly decided to enter in the competition)<em>.<\/em> I\u2019m more of the spontaneous type. I\u2019ll take my time,&#8221; she added.<\/p>\n<p>As someone who loves beauty contests, the actress is hyped up for the Philippines\u2019 bet for this year\u2019s Miss Universe pageant Catriona Gray.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019m so happy<em>. Sinusubaybayan ko<\/em> actually, <em>inu<\/em>-update <em>ko sarili ko sa mga nanagyayari sa<\/em> pageant world (I keep myself updated about the happenings in the pageant world),&#8221; Kisses said.<\/p>\n<p>This is not the first time Kisses talked about her interest in joining such competition.<\/p>\n<p>It was in June when Kisses said she was open to the idea of it in the future after she finishes her studies.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Mahilig ako mag<\/em>-pageant (I\u2019m fond of competing in beauty pageants). My first pageant was when I was three years old. Since <em>bata ako, mahilig na ako <\/em>(Since I was a kid, I\u2019m fond of it)<em>.<\/em> So why not? Maybe in the future. I will just let life surprise me,&#8221; she earlier told ABS-CBN.<\/p>\n<p>Before she joined PBB, the young star was crowned in two provincial pageants: Miss Kaogma and Miss Masbate.<\/p>\n<p>After she was declared as the second big placer of the reality show, Kisses has since starred in various movies like <em>Loving in Tandem<\/em> and <em>Walwal<\/em>; and television shows such as <em>Wansapanatym Presents: Amazing Ving<\/em> and <em>Ipaglaban Mo! (Groufie episode).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>She has also received Gold and Platinum awards for her self-titled debut album that she launched in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Kisses is preparing for her latest television series, <em>Playhouse<\/em>, where she will be joined by Zanjoe Marudo, Angelica Panganiban, and Donny Pangilinan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kisses Delavin is planning to live her childhood dream \u2014 to venture into the world of beauty contests.
