Rodolfo Albano III also agreed in Belmonte&#8217;s views\u00a0saying he believes that the House of Representatives will not support any impeachment complaint against Aquino.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSince impeachment is largely political in nature, this plan will fail,\u201d he said. \u201cHow can you impeach a popular President?\u201d Albano was quoted in a Philippine Star report.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is baseless and will not hold water,\u201d he said. \u201cIn the first place, DAP contributed a lot to the country\u2019s economic growth, as it funded viable and productive programs. It\u2019s just unfortunate that the Supreme Court saw it in bad light,&#8221; Eastern Samar Rep.
