Presidential spokesman Harry Roque said that Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson should learn how to control herself to stay relevant.<\/p>\n

In an interview with ANC, the spokesman said that: “She will pay a very heavy price if she does not control herself.<\/p>\n
