He viewed the transaction as &#8220;grossly disadvantageous&#8221; to the Philippine government.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a speech at the Philippine National Police\u2019s 117th anniversary in Camp Crame on Wednesday, August 8, Duterte said that he will no longer allow granting of licenses to new casinos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There will be no casinos outside what is existing. I\u2019m not granting anything,\u201d he said, stressing that he hates gambling.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Duterte added, \u201cYou don\u2019t give gambling licenses or franchises for 75 years.
