This is the best gift of the President to the people, the one form (application), if everyone will agree,\u201d he added.\u00a0 (File Photo ALBERT ALCAIN\/PPD)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez said Tuesday that a one-form application process for transactions with government is currently being pursued by various agencies.<\/p>\n<p>This is in response to President Rodrigo Duterte\u2019s call to agencies to improve government\u2019s services to the people. \u201cOn EODB (ease of doing business), we shall continue the push towards further streamlining and automation, eventually leading to one form and faster processing,\u201d Lopez said.<\/p>\n<p>He told reporters that government agencies dealing with businesses shall \u201creview the forms and come up with a common information field\u201d and adopt a common form.
