Baler, Aurora, combined the southwest monsoon (<em>habagat<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>The agency added that the LPA was estimated at 240 kilometers east of Baler, Aurora as of 4 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Weather forecaster
