Kris Aquino dropped another revelation to her social media followers as she opens up about the rift between her and her brother, former President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.<\/p>\n

In an Instagram post on Wednesday, July 18, the country’s “Queen of All Media” shared a photo of her brother along with her eldest son, Josh, who has been confined at the hospital for a series of medical tests. Also seen in the picture is Kris’s youngest, Bimb.<\/p>\n

Kris, in her caption, wrote that she and Noynoy had not been getting along for three months, admitting that she is the one to blame for it.<\/p>\n

“My brother & I have had a complicated relationship, siguro po kasi<\/em> only son and middle child siya,<\/em> bunso ako <\/em>(maybe because he is the only son and middle child, while I\u2019m the youngest). Siguro rin kasi aminadong<\/em> opposites talaga kami- tahimik sya, pribado, iniisip mabuti ang bawat galaw. Alam niyo na kung ano ako <\/em>(Maybe because we are really opposites with each other \u2013 he is quiet, private, and a type of person who thinks of his actions carefully. And you all know what I\u2019m like),”<\/em> the television host wrote.<\/p>\n

Kris did not elaborate what exactly happened between her and Noynoy, but she said the person who has suffered the most from the rift was Josh.<\/p>\n

“Naipit ‘yung<\/em> 2 boys ko<\/em> – alam nilang ‘di okay kaya pinili na ‘wag dumalaw at ‘wag iwan si mama <\/em>(My two sons were affected \u2013 they know that the situation was not okay that is why they chose not to visit and leave their mom),”<\/em> she said.<\/p>\n

The I Love You, Hater<\/em> actress went on saying that she gathered up all her courage and reached out to Noynoy for reconciliation.<\/p>\n

“Umamin [ako] na alam kong na-<\/em>hurt ko siya pero nakiusap [ako] – KAILANGAN sya ni kuya<\/em> Josh (I admitted that I know I have hurt him, but I asked for a favor \u2013 Josh needed him). My son needed him- the ONLY constant male figure in his life,” she said.<\/p>\n

Taking the photo of the three from afar, Kris shared that even the Aquinos, one of the most notable families in the Philippines, can set aside misunderstandings in times of need just like what any other families do.<\/p>\n

Kris, daughter of slain Senator Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino and former President Corazon Aquino, then expressed her gratitude to her brother for loving her sons enough to always be there for them when they needed him.<\/p>\n

“This is for all of you to get to know the real man, the true NOY AQUINO who is so deserving of RESPECT & ADMIRATION, galing po sa hindi perpekto pero totoong bunsong kapatid, na si<\/em> (from the imperfect but genuine, youngest sibling) Kris Aquino,” she ended.<\/p>\n
