Duterte&#8217;s upcoming State of the Nation Address (SONA).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Change\u00a0<em>po kasi yung gusto niyang isulong<\/em>.\u00a0<em>&#8216;Yong tema niya<\/em>\u00a0is to believe in change\u00a0<em>at<\/em>\u00a0real<em>\u00a0siya.<\/em>\u00a0It can happen\u00a0<em>pero kailangan mong tanggapin<\/em>. So\u00a0<em>gusto namin na sana maging<\/em>\u00a0open\u00a0<em>muna yung tao, &#8216;yung<\/em>\u00a0feel<em>\u00a0na ganoon,<\/em>\u00a0even<em>\u00a0sa mga tao sa Kongreso<\/em>(He is pushing for change. The theme is to believe in change, that it is real and that it can happen but to do so, you need to accept it first. So we want the public to have an open mind, even those in Congress),&#8221; Bernal told reporters on the sidelines of the third pre-SONA forum on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>She said she would request for additional lighting for a brighter setting during the SONA, which will be held at the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City on July 23, to make the viewers more engaged and &#8220;excited&#8221; to hear what the Chief Executive would say.<\/p>\n<p>During the interview, the lady director also revealed that her service for the SONA is free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>(Ito&#8217;y) para sa kapwa ko Pinoy, para sa mundo na gustong malaman kung paano tayo, para sa maraming tao &#8216;to. Kailangan &#8216;bang magpabayad? Hindi ako magpapabayad. Bibigay ko iyon<\/em>\u00a0(This is for my fellow Filipinos, for the world who wants to know what is happening in the Philippines. This is for a lot of people. Do I need to get paid? I won&#8217;t accept a fee.
