(How will we reach quorum here? Of course, congressmen will be busy campaigning by then since it would be election period. [It\u2019s] survival),\u201d Alvarez said in a news conference.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Paano natin gagawin ang<\/em>\u00a0proposal to revise the Constitution?\u00a0<em>Kung gusto nating matapos yan, para sakin, yun ang dapat pag-aralan na mabuti ang<\/em>\u00a0timetable (How would we be able to make the proposal to revise the Constitution? If we want to finish that, we should carefully consider the timetable),\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Alvarez said Congress must double its efforts and focus on its move to amend the Charter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Kung gugustuhin talaga na matapos ito, kasi kailangan mo ng<\/em>\u00a0focus<em>\u00a0dyan eh.
