Two clich\u00e9 sayings combined could have probably summed up Kris Aquino\u2019s relationship with ex-husband James Yap.<\/p>\n<p>On the supposed 13<sup>th<\/sup> year of their wedding anniversary, Kris became reminiscent and thankful in a short Instagram post \u2013 quite contrary to her usual writings.<\/p>\n<p>Kris on her Instagram, uploaded a photo with the text \u201cShe is at a place in her life where peace is her priority and negativity cannot exist.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThirteen years ago today, we made a commitment but fate took us in different directions,\u201d the welcoming caption of her post read.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYet together we produced one of my two greatest achievements aka (also known as) Bimb\u2026 I sincerely wish you and your growing family peace and lasting happiness,\u201d Kris added, referring to her affectionate nickname for her son James Yap, Jr.<\/p>\n<p>The Queen of All Media then used the hashtags #AnythingAndEverythingForMyBunso and #PeaceInMyHeart which could have indicated that the post was something she did for Bimb.<\/p>\n<p>Kris and James tied the knot in 2005, but separated after five years. They got annulled in 2012.<\/p>\n<p>James now has a son with his Italian girlfriend, Michela Cazzola.<\/p>\n<p>While the two already went their separate ways on their respective personal lives, issues continue to surround them especially those regarding their son.<\/p>\n<p>Just months ago, James\u2019s greeting to Bimby earned an online tirade from his ex-wife.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Alam ko na ang tagal na natin \u2018di nakapag<\/em>-spend <em>ng<\/em> time together, <em>at &#8216;di nagkikita <\/em>(I know we have not spent time together and we have not met each other), but I want you to know that I&#8217;m always here for you. I will always be your Papa. I hope you enjoy your birthday,\u201d James wrote in an open letter back in April.<\/p>\n<p>However, Kris wrote back in an Instagram post, citing a previous issue about using their son for publicity for the opening of her ex-husband\u2019s restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Nanahimik pa rin ako<\/em> about that, eh <em>humirit ka <\/em>with your birthday post (I kept silent about that but you had to share a birthday post),\u201d Kris wrote.<\/p>\n<p>She added, \u201cSo <em>bakit nga ba hindi kayo nagkikita? Ganito ka<\/em> simple &#8212; <em>wala ka nang pakinabang kay<\/em> Bimb. <em>Wala na kasi kaming<\/em> &#8216;power&#8217; so<em> bakit ka pa didikit?<\/em> (So why are you not meeting? It is this simple \u2013 you have no more use from Bimb.
