(PNA Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) on Tuesday confirmed the communist rebels&#8217; plans to oust President Rodrigo Duterte.<\/p>\n<p>Col.
