Heart Evangelista was serious when she said that she planned to share every step of her motherhood journey to her followers, but with a heavy heart, she also had to share the end of it as she suffered from a miscarriage.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt this week\u2019s doctor appointment, just as we hit the three-month mark, we found out that her heart stopped beating,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n

“The Doctor told me that there really wasn\u2019t anything we could\u2019ve done, that this happens to a higher percentage of first-time moms,” Heart added.<\/p>\n

It can be remembered that in the middle of May, just a week after announcing how happy she and her husband Francis \u201cChiz\u201d Escudero was that they will be welcoming new twin members to their family, she also had to announce that she lost of one of the to-be-born Escuderos.<\/p>\n

This time though, she and her husband had to say goodbye to the other one as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor what it\u2019s worth, I already had a name for you. My Mira, funnily enough, I already loved your smile. I know you\u2019ll find your way back to me,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n

Despite the pain of losing not just one but both of the twins, Heart gathers her remaining strength to think of this as not the end but another chapter for her motherhood journey.<\/p>\n

She also shared that she is really grateful to everyone there who supported her by sharing their own pregnancy stories. Their \u201ckindness and positivity\u201d in hearing other miscarriage stories reminded her to be strong.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor some, it might be early on but for us, we were so ready to meet you, little one. Carrying you made me feel like a completely new person. Just the thought of you taught me what unconditional love feels like,\u201d her message to Mira included.<\/p>\n

However, despite the heartbreak and challenging time, Heart said that she chooses to not look for answers but only to find peace.<\/p>\n
