I will make radical changes in the days to come,\u201d Duterte said upon arrival from his three-day official visit to South Korea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">He also directed the warning to Human Rights experts, telling them to straighten their actions because it\u2019s \u201ceither they behave or they will have a serious problem again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">To those offices that are \u201cbeyond his control,\u201d Duterte said he will place them under his office so that they will have to &#8220;see him face-to-face every day.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Duterte also claimed that &#8220;too many crimes&#8221; are happening nowadays.
