(Photo: House of Representatives of the Philippines\/Facebook)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; The House of Representatives on Wednesday night ratified the bicameral conference committee report on a bill seeking to create a national identification (ID) system.<\/p>\n<p>The move came a day after the Senate ratified its own version. The bill will be transmitted to the Palace for President Rodrigo R.
