{"id":163963,"date":"2018-05-17T05:07:43","date_gmt":"2018-05-17T09:07:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/?p=163963"},"modified":"2018-05-17T05:07:43","modified_gmt":"2018-05-17T09:07:43","slug":"justice-secretary-respects-transfer-of-pcgg-ogcc-power-to-solgen-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/2018\/05\/17\/justice-secretary-respects-transfer-of-pcgg-ogcc-power-to-solgen-office\/","title":{"rendered":"Justice Secretary respects transfer of PCGG, OGCC power to SolGen office"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said he respects the decision of the House of Representatives to transfer the powers of Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) and Office of the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC) to the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG).<\/p>\n<p>This, after the Lower House approved House Bill 7376, titled \u201cAct to Further Strengthen the Office of the Solicitor General\u201d with a vote of 162-10.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe respect the action of the HoR.
