(JOEY DALUMPINES\/PRESIDENTIAL PHOTO)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; The Philippines and Papua New Guinea on Wednesday signed a \u201cJoint Declaration of Agricultural Cooperation with emphasis on rice production\u201d to ensure that there is food security in both countries.<\/p>\n<p>President Rodrigo R.
