(PNA photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212; Operatives of the Philippine National Police\u2019s Counter Intelligence Task Force (PNP-CITF) on Tuesday arrested two policemen involved in extorting money from van and bus drivers in an illegal terminal in Pasay City.<\/p>\n<p>CITF chief, Senior Supt.
