(PNA photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Saturday issued a stern warning that it will impound vehicles operating under United States-based ride-sharing application Arcade City, amid the company\u2019s plan to push through with its mobile application launch on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The LTFRB said it will also be coordinating with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) to shut down Arcade City\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHuwag po magpapaloko ang mga Filipino sa Arcade City.
