(PNA photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; The Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO) is exerting all efforts to ensure that transactions by veterans and their beneficiaries would be easy and more convenient, Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana said Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>This includes PVAO&#8217;s Skype Validation Program, which aims to spare the veterans and surviving spouses from personally submitting their Pensioner\u2019s Update Form and establish their continued entitlement to benefits from the office.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIndeed, your One Defense Team is doing all we can to facilitate the continuous stream of benefits for our veterans.
