We will not relax on Oplan Double Barrel or on our war on illegal drugs, we will not relent on that program),\u201d Albayalde explained.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, April 5, Duterte in the awarding of farmers and fishermen announced his appointment of Albayalde.<\/p>\n<p>(Read:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/2018\/04\/05\/duterte-to-appoint-albayalde-as-next-top-cop\/\">Duterte to appoint Albayalde as next top cop<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Duterte said he asked people from Davao after mentioning two names for the PNP chief post.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Sabi nila, \u2018Yan sir, mahusay \u2018yan, sir, mabait.\u2019 Tinatanong ko, \u2018si <\/em>Albayalde?\u2019 \u2018Sir, <em>masyadong istrikto \u2018yan. \u2018Yan si<\/em> Albayalde <em>ang inyo<\/em>. Then Albayalde is the man for you.\u2019 So the stricter the better.
