(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/JollibeePhilippines\/photos\/a.1626432714069615.1073741958.170055766373991\/1626432900736263\/?type=3&amp;theater\" target=\"_blank\">Photo<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/JollibeePhilippines\" target=\"_blank\">Jollibee\/Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0&#8212; The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) expects more Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) employees to be regularized soon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn a nationwide basis, you can think of more than 10,000 to 50,000 considering the bulk of the employees of Jollibee,\u201c DOLE Secretary Silvestre Bello III said in an interview Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe inspections has been going on and they\u2019re now submitting their own report of the respective regional heads,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>DOLE has given JFC 10 days to appeal the decision of DOLE-National Capital Region (NCR) Director Henry John Jalbuena.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe decision of the regional director is appealable to me. We have a procedure for that,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The DOLE chief added that Jalbuena has the power to issue such ruling.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe has the authority. And if they question the regional director, then they can appeal to me.
