According to the Macau casino giant\u2019s local partner Leisure and Resorts World Corporation (LRWC), for the construction of the casino, the subsidiary acquired 23-hectares of land in Barangay Manoc-Manoc.<\/p>\n<p>Known for its white sand and coastline, Boracay island is one of the country\u2019s tourist spots and President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has recently called for its closure following problems in its sewage system and illegal constructions in the island.<\/p>\n<p>According to a PhilStar report, Domingo also said that Resorts World has a new casino that will be operational in four months.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe application for that started in 2014 and it has already been approved.
