(KARL NORMAN ALONZO\/PRESIDENTIAL PHOTO)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>President Rodrigo Duterte is still not in favor of a bill which allows divorce in the country despite Congress\u2019 efforts to pass it, Malaca\u00f1ang said on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>In a press conference in Camarines Sur, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said the President thinks that the proposed law should not be passed as it would cause an adverse impact on the children of the couple.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAng Presidente po ay tutol sa<\/em> divorce. <em>Ang sabi niya, kawawa ang mga anak <\/em>(The President is against divorce.
