He (Aguirre) considers this as a joke and in fact he said it in rather jokingly manner,\u201d Roque explained.<\/p>\n<p>Roque said for the last six months that he had been working as presidential spokesperson, \u201che (Duterte) doesn\u2019t waste words.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUnlike me, I\u2019m very verbose \u2018no. If at all, if the President knew that he cleared these individuals, he probably would not have been appointed.
