The drug cartels from Mexico and South America have come in so we are dealing now with cocaine and shabu,\u201d Duterte said during the 145th founding anniversary and 2nd Kanlahi Festival in Tarlac City\u00a0on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>With this added drug problem, Duterte vowed anew to continue the government\u2019s war on drugs, saying, \u201cI\u2019m here to protect my country. I believe that if I stop this crusade, it would have compromised the country and the next generation.
