Period.<\/p>\n<p>As much as the two claim that they really are just the closest pair of friends, the fact that they had a past relationship and both currently single are perhaps some of the biggest reasons for people to still continue &#8216;shipping&#8217; them. But the \u2018kilig\u2019 is not over as Carlo paid a surprise visit to one of Angelica\u2019s events.<\/p>\n<p>A series of photos of Carlo visiting Angelica during her launching of a book she wrote the foreword on Saturday, were posted on her official Facebook page.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP), Angelica admitted that she thought Carlo was only joking.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Hindi ko kasi alam na seseryosohin, akala ko talaga usapang barbero \u2018yung sasama siya. Ang tagal na nun,<\/em> two weeks n<em>a \u2018yun <\/em>(I really did not know that he will take it seriously, I thought he was only kidding when he said that he would come. That was a long time ago, about two weeks ago already),\u201d Angelica said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Nagpapasalamat ako dahil isa sa mga<\/em> ex <em>ko nirespeto ako, pinuntahan ako dito<\/em> (I am thankful that one of my exes respected me by coming here),\u201d she added joking.<\/p>\n<p>During the press conference, the media, of course, did not let the moment slide to ask the two the same questions they have been bombarded with recently.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Kami na ulit, hindi ninyo ba alam<\/em> (We are together again, you did not know)?\u201d Angelica joked.<\/p>\n<p>On a serious note, Angelica said that their years of being friends has surpassed the years of being together romantically.
