Sometimes it is fast and sometimes karma could catch you up.\u00a0When the time comes, you will remember us,\u201d Duterte said before\u00a0the repatriated workers from Kuwait who arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport\u00a0<span>on\u00a0Tuesday<\/span>\u00a0night.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The president reminded the Arab nation of the support the Philippines has given it during the Gulf war in 1990, in which the country provided assistance by sending soldiers and health workers, an aid Duterte said Kuwait did not value.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIs this the way you repay us? What did the Philippines ever do to you?
