{"id":152106,"date":"2018-02-10T20:53:42","date_gmt":"2018-02-11T01:53:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/?p=152106"},"modified":"2018-02-10T20:53:42","modified_gmt":"2018-02-11T01:53:42","slug":"ontarios-human-capital-priorities-stream-invites-more-express-entry-candidates-to-apply","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/2018\/02\/10\/ontarios-human-capital-priorities-stream-invites-more-express-entry-candidates-to-apply\/","title":{"rendered":"Ontario\u2019s Human Capital Priorities Stream invites more Express Entry candidates to apply"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Latest invitation round is the third in three weeks for popular Express Entry-linked stream<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_152108\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-152108\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/canada-parliament-300x200.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-152108\" src=\"https:\/\/canadianinquirer.net\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/canada-parliament-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Photo: CIC News\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-152108\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: CIC News<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>For the third time since January 22, Ontario\u2019s Express Entry-linked Human Capital Priorities Stream has issued invitations to apply for provincial nomination.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canadavisa.com\/ontario-express-entry-human-capital-priorities-stream.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Human Capital Priorities Stream<\/a> allows the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) to search the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canadavisa.com\/express-entry.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Express Entry pool<\/a> for candidates who have at least 400 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canadavisa.com\/comprehensive-ranking-system.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS)<\/a> points and who meet other eligibility criteria.<\/p>\n<p>Express Entry candidates who receive a Notification of Interest (NOI) can apply for a provincial nomination by Ontario. If successful, they get an additional 600 points toward their\u00a0CRS\u00a0score.<\/p>\n<p>The OINP announced the new round of invitations February 8.
