Di\u00f1o<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA \u2014<\/strong>\u00a0The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) would not allow the barangay to be used for any \u201ccover-up\u201d in the issue of Dengvaxia vaccine, said DILG Undersecretary for Barangay Affairs Martin B. Di\u00f1o on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u00f1o said he would ask DILG Officer-in-Charge Secretary Eduardo M.
