As rumors have been flying from town to town whether or not she\u2019s dating actor Zanjoe Marudo, Bela Padilla did something not so out of the ordinary \u2014 she shut the rumors down when she revealed the real score between them saying that they are just FRIENDS.<\/p>\n

Bela insisted that no one has captured her heart and that no one is worthy of it yet. She said she\u2019s not interested to be in a relationship as of this moment since she, according to her previous interview, chose to focus on her career first.<\/p>\n

\u201cYun nga ang sinasabi ko kanina,\u00a0na parang<\/em> feeling ko ay mababalanse ko na ang trabaho ko\u00a0at<\/em>\u00a0personal life\u00a0ko\u00a0kapag may na-meet\u00a0na akong tao na ganun ang ipinaramdam sa akin.\u00a0Na\u00a0<\/em>worth it\u00a0na huminay-hinay ako <\/em>(That\u2019s what I\u2019m saying, I feel like I can balance my work and personal life when I meet the person who can make me feel that way. That it\u2019s worth it to take things slow),\u201d<\/em> Bela was quoted as saying in a Philippine Entertainment Portal report on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Bela, when asked if Zanjoe has made her feel that way, said that the actor is also in the same shoes with her, stressing the he is also at that point in his life.<\/p>\n

\u201cMasaya siya sa trabaho niya, kaya ayaw namin guluhin ang isa\u2019t isa <\/em>(He is happy with his career, that\u2019s why we don\u2019t want to bother each other),\u201d<\/em> she added.<\/p>\n

The actress was then asked if Zanjoe can be a potential boyfriend to her, she answered, \u201cHindi ko po masabi eh. Hindi ko pa kasi kilala siya\u00a0o<\/em>n that [level]\u2026\u00a0siguro, siguro po <\/em>(I can\u2019t tell. I don\u2019t know him much on that level\u2026 maybe, just maybe).\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Bela also mentioned that Zanjoe\u2019s past relationships have been long-term ones, which she said is same with her.<\/p>\n

Speaking in Magandang Buhay last January 25, the \u201cMeet me in St. Gallen<\/em>\u201d actress admitted that choosing her career over her ex-boyfriend was the reason why they had go their separate ways.<\/p>\n

She also said that it was her decision to stay single, saying she was left with no choice as she accepted a lot of job offers that led her juggling hundred balls in the air at the same time. Bela further explained that she needs a person who will understand and can cope with her busy schedule.<\/p>\n

Both Bela and Zanjoe co-starred together in a television series \u201cDear Heart<\/em>.\u201d She now joined Carlo Aquino in their upcoming movie \u201cMeet me in St. Gallen,\u201d <\/em>which will be showed on the big screen in February 7.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
