(<a href=\"https:\/\/commons.wikimedia.org\/w\/index.php?curid=56337381\">Photo By Tercer &#8211; Own work, CC0<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>BRUSSELS \u2014 The European Union&#8217;s top court says that asylum-seekers in the bloc shouldn&#8217;t be psychologically tested on their sexual orientation as part of the procedure to grant them protection.<\/p>\n<p>The EU Court of Justice ruled Thursday that such a psychological report \u201cis disproportionate\u201d in relation to the objective.<\/p>\n<p>The court made the ruling after a Nigerian sought asylum in Hungary, arguing he faced persecution at home based on his homosexuality.
