MANILA —\u00a0Emy Madrigal, a businesswoman claiming she has a relationship with singer Sheryn Regis, criticized the singer’s statement saying Sheryn’s denial\u00a0were “all lies.”<\/p>\n

In an interview for the Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP), Emy Madrigal accused the singer of lying in her statements earlier released by Sheryn to PEP.<\/p>\n

“Nakakatawa dahil sa hinaba ng mga sinabi niya, nabibilang ko ang mga kasinungalingan niya. (It’s funny because her lengthy statement makes me count the number of times she is lying.),” Emy said.<\/span><\/p>\n

In an earlier report published by PEP, Sheryn made a statement talking about her responsibilities as a mother, a wife and a daughter.<\/p>\n

Emy criticized this saying\u00a0Sheryn’s statements failed to address\u00a0the main issue.<\/p>\n

\u201cHindi ko kinuwestiyon ang pagiging ina at asawa niya. Lalo na ang pagiging anak niya. Hindi naman iyon ang issue. (I was not questioning her being a wife and a mother, and her being a daughter. That’s not the issue.),” she said.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Emy said she knows Sheryn too well and it was not Sheryn who made the statements.<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom the way it was written, it\u2019s not her\u2014she is not capable of saying those things,” she said.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLike what I said, I know her too well,\u201d she added.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
