(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Mochablogger\/photos\/pcb.10156224611496522\/10156224610321522\/?type=3&amp;theater\">Photo<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Mochablogger\/\">MOCHA USON BLOG\/Facebook<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The University of Santo Tomas Central Student Council (UST-CSC) condemned on Sunday the action of the UST Alumni Association to give Presidential Communications Operations Office Assistant Secretary Marguax \u201cMocha\u201d Uson the Thomasian Alumni Award for Government Service.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, the UST CSC said that they \u201cstrongly denounces\u201d the UST Alumni Association&#8217;s decision to recognize Uson as one of the Outstanding Thomasian Alumni Leaders, which is the highest award given by the university.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The UST-CSC, the highest student government of the university, shares the same aspirations and beliefs, in this case.
