As the proceedings progress more and more, the people are finding out that the complaint filed by Atty. [Larry] Gadon, is totally without merit and deserves no more than a fast and outright dismissal,\u201d Cruz said in an interview with ANC.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, he has emphasized from the very beginning that they shall treat the case as lawyers, and he said that he was confident that the presented evidence was weak if they were to assess it as lawyers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNothing has been [presented]\u2026 toward a who would lead to a conclusion that there is an impeachable act much less an impeachable offense based on an impeachable ground,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat has been disclosed to date &#8216;<em>no<\/em> would be precisely emphasizing the fact that the complainant Atty.
