Fishing boats and other small seacraft are advised against going out into the sea as the sea condition in the seaboards of northern Luzon, the eastern seaboard of central and southern Luzon, and the eastern seaboard of Visayas and Mindanao, is rough to very rough.\u00a0<em><strong>(Lily O.
