(PCOO Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II on Thursday announced that Philippine government will submit its petition labeling the New People\u2019s Army (NPA) a terror group soon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHopefully in the coming week it will be filed because <em>meron palang <\/em>(apparently there is a)\u00a0last-minute consultation with the Office of the Executive Secretary as well as other intelligence services of the government,\u201d Aguirre said in a Palace briefing.<\/p>\n<p>The justice secretary said he expects a \u201cfull-blown\u201d trial on the government petition to categorize NPA as terror organization.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is a full-blown trial, I believe.
